PRICES IN APARTMENT/STUDIO/ALPINE-MEADOW HOUSEThe prices are per apartment/night incl. electricity, heating, cable TV, radio, direct-dial telephone, bed linen, tablecloths and bath towels.
You can also additionally book half-board or bed and breakfast in the apartments. Half-board: € 25 per person/night | bed and breakfast: € 9 per person/night.
Deposit: For fixed bookings we request that you place a deposit of € 100 per room or apartment two months before arrival. We request that you vacate the rooms or apartments by 10am on the day of departure. According to availability, you can use the rooms during the day until 5pm. Surcharge per person: € 25 Children’s reductions in their parents’ room: To 3 years with breakfast: € 16 3 - 5 years with half-board: -50% 6 - 12 years with half-board: -30% 13 - 14 years with half-board: -20% From 15 years with half-board: -10% Smoking We wish to inform you that all of our rooms (apartments excluded) are non-smoking accommodation. You may, of course, smoke on the balcony, the terrace or in the hotel bar. House pets: € 12 per day (without feed). The guest is liable for damages caused by animals. Cancellation conditions: No costs are liable for cancellation of a booking three months before the day of arrival. 40% of the agreed total arrangement price is to be paid for cancellations between three months and one month before the day of arrival. 70% of the agreed total arrangement price is to be paid for cancellations up to one week before the day of arrival. 90% of the agreed total arrangement price is to be paid for cancellations within the last week before the day of arrival. The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply for cancellations. |
